How it's made: Competition Headers for Triumph Liquid Cooled models

How it's made: Competition Headers for Triumph Liquid Cooled models - British Customs

For years we’ve been wanting to design an alternative to stock exhaust headers, and after rigorous R&D we’re excited to share that in about 2 weeks we’re slotted to release British Customs’ Competition Headers for 2016-2022 Street Twin models to start, with other models to follow.

Our design replaces your stock headers, mid-pipes, and catalytic converter. We’ve especially designed these for riders with EURO 5 headers.

The one-piece design of each Competition Header fits on like your stock system’s headers, but simplifies it with less bulk, offering significant weight savings while providing huge benefits to your performance and sound. After dyno testing various configurations, we found best results with an integrated cross-over design to boost air flow and performance. Fitment is easy and thorough with integrated O2 sensor ports to refit the factory sensors, and a CNC machined stainless steel header bung ensures a precision fit.

Check out our video to learn more about our manufacturing process from our head of R&D, Randy.
